Contact us as soon as possible by phone or by contact form and do not forget to indicate your order number.
- If your order has not been paid yet, we will simply cancel this order.
- If this order has already been paid, you may request a return of the products to B2C any time until the end of the 30th day following receipt.
You are responsible for the return costs as well as the risks of loss or damage when returning the products, unless in the case that B2C has not delivered the products ordered by the customer or if the customer has received deficient products. In this last case B2C will assume the transport costs and the risks when they return the products by using a carrier authorized by B2C.
