Continental VancoWinter 2 is a special winter tire for heavy duty. The smart and versatile tire is also very economical and meets the demanding needs of winter driving. The perfect chum for cargo vans or passenger vans, the tire ensures safety driving on snowy and icy roads. With improved braking performance, the tire gives the comfort of passenger cars. The tire has passed the RMA testing standards and has snowflake marking on it. The tire designed of unique cold weather compound offers extra mileage. The tread pattern of VancoWinter 2 is unique as it expands on applying brakes. The sipes across create an ice scrapping effect to reduce the breaking distance. For protection against aquaplaning, the lateral grooves drain and channel the water under the tire. The optimum tire footprint of VancoWinter 2 offers 30% increased winter mileage. Being a new release, the tire has proved itself by receiving the approval of the most demanding manufacturer : Mercedes. The tire is mounted as Original Equipment (OE) in Sprinter van and the Iveco Daily.
