★★★★★By GMac Canada, Nov 19, 2023FORD Mondeo (BA7)Excellent value for money. I have been using for 5 years on a Ford Taurus SHO in SK Canadian praries. Stll have another season in them so life around 50,000 km. Great performance on snow. Good performance on hard packed snow and ice. Traction on dry roads was bearly different from summer tires. Not much chance to test it on twisty roads here! Cant comment on wet weather performance either- its dry or its snowing- thats it. Tread till remained supple at -30C The studded tires were noisier, but not bad. No worse than driving on a new tarmac road the going on to an older rough road. Most noticable from the studs when slowing to a stop on dry roads with a "ticking" like running off line on a tarmac road to the gravely bits between lanes. Bought another set for my wifes jeep Grand Cherokee and got the same performance. Significantly better performance than "all season" inspiring confidence in harsh conditions. I dare say premium brands might perform better, but why pay twice the price?Would I buy the same tires: Yes
