    Pirelli Winter 240 Sottozero is a high performance winter / snow tyre that is suitable for drivers who look for enthusiastic and performance winter driving.

    Pirelli Winter 240 Sottozero has the potential to outsmart every other winter tyre with its dual season tread design. That is, the tyre is great for not just winter driving by almost all-season driving, from the month of November to April. The tyre also has a cap and base technology which are made of two different elements. The cap or the upper strata of the tyre contains polymer mixed with silica, the lower strata (Base) has nano-composites for enhanced driving and on road stability. The asymmetric tread has many inner and outer tread elements to provide traction on light snow, tough winter weather, wet grip etc. The tread elements of variable geometry, along with criss-cross like siping allow one to facilitate easy resistance against aquaplaning.

    Pirelli Winter 240 Sottozero comes with snowflake on the mountain symbol meaning which means the tyre meets the severe snow requirements of the industry.
