Provinces where we deliver :

Our products are currently available for delivery to limited areas of the following provinces: Quebec, Ontario, New-Brunswick, Nova-Scotia, Prince Edward Island.

Shipping costs depend on delivery address and the number of tires ordered

Delivery time

Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered within approximately 1 to 3 business days by Loomis or Purolator starting from the date we receive the payment (the specific delivery time are specified on each product description). This period is given as information only. Consequently, a longer delivery time can in no way result in rebates or cancellation of current orders.

Tire handling

Tires are wrapped in a plastic band. A parcel may contain 1 or more tires depending on the sizes.
Tires & Co suggests you to check how many tires you receive and their conformity.

Parcel tracking

The client has the possibility to track his/her parcels thanks to parcel numbers communicated by email 48 to 72 hours after payment is received.

Parcel tracking number missing

If 48 to 72 hours after payment is received by Tires & Co, parcel number is still not available, client must contact Tires & Co contact form in order to obtain parcel numbers.

Delivery to an installer

The client has the possibility to choose an installer for the shipping and installation of the tires only. Installation will be done in that specific installer only.
It is the client's duty to contact the garage before ordering to make sure he can receive and mount the tires.
It is mandatory that the client checks his tires himself before the installation is done. In case of mistake in the tires shipped, the tires will not be taken back or refunded AFTER mounting.

Absence of consignee

Delivery of the Products is subject to the rules of the carriers with which B2C deals and the rules of any other company with which B2C may do business from time to time. The Customer is subject to the rules concerning signing for acknowledgment of receipt of the Products. If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery of the Products, he will then be responsible for retrieving the Products according to the rules of Loomis or Purolator. In no case will B2C be responsible for any additional charge by Loomis or Purolator due to Customer absence. The Customer undertakes to indemnify B2C for any additional charges that may be imposed by Loomis or Purolator as a result of the Customer's absence upon delivery of the Products.If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery of the Products, he will then be responsible for retrieving the Products according to the rules of Loomis or Purolator. In no case will B2C be responsible for any additional charge by Loomis or Purolator due to Customer absence.

Partial delivery or parcel loss

In case of missing or damaged products the customer must contact Loomis or Purolator directly.

Damaged products or non-matching to order products

In case of damaged or non-matching products received, the client has the right to refuse delivery and make mention of this in writing on the delivery receipt provided by the delivery person. The client has 30 days to fully check merchandise and make claim to Tires & Co of his/her concerns.
