Grandtrek WT M3 is an ultra high performance, premium winter tire which is fitted as an Original Equipment in Nissan Murano vehicles. It is developed for 4 X 4s and SUVs. The directional V shaped tread pattern enhances the performance. The silica compound gives stability and durability to the tire. Their optimized sipes provide good adhesion and shorter braking distance. The new mixture of silicone rubber gives elasticity and durability to the tire. This new composition along with the high density, lateral zigzag sipes and independent tread blocks enhance the traction on wet, ice and snow covered roads. It is branded with the snowflake-on-the-mountain symbol and is recommended to be installed in sets of four.

    MERCEDES GL-CLASS
On one side aside Pirelli (which I would never buy) this was the only tyre that fit my high-power SUV. On the other WT M3 used to be my favourite tyre 10-12 years back and I have to say that with the Mercedes homologation it still is extremely good on the wet (aquaplaning both longitudinal and latitudinal), braking is excellent on all surfaces. It is not as good on snow as the WT M2 used to be but still much better overall than any Winter Sport Dunlops that came afterwards (3, 4D, 5) - I drove on all of them and if at all preferred Goodyear from the same company. My only reservation is relatively low traction (especially on rear axle) on Snow and wet during aggressive curves but this is something I have noticed with most car tyres. Maybe my style of driving became more dynamic. It is also realtively loud but this is a parameter I don't care about overall (with other parameters being more important) and because my car is extremely well noise insultate. Overall I would recommend and especially vis-à-vis Pirelli, which in this size 265/55/19 113W/V is not an option.
Would I buy the same tires: Probably

    VOLKSWAGEN TOUAREG
Fitted these tyres as a replacment for the Scorpion Verde's that were fitted as standard .. with a 275x45x30 profile, they are HUGE !! .. Grip is good .. Not as good as the Michelin Cross Climate's I fitted, but at almost double the cost of the Dunlops !. Dry grip is very good, and in a high performance SUV, they really do grip. Wet grip is equally as good. Mud and loose surfaces, really were a suprise.. the Touareg was good on the Verde;s, but the larger tread blocks on the Dunlops certainly make short work of muddy grass, inclines, dirt tracks. Snow traction is good, I havnt tried them in really deep snow, but the car fees solid and has never failed to get me through to my destination. Wear is good, but the only thing that lets them down is they are noisier than the Mitchelin's and the Scorpions, but to be honest, they are not that bad !!
