FAQ - After my order - Order cancellation

  • How can I cancel my order ?

    Contact us as quickly as possible by telephone or by completing the cancellation form, quoting your order reference number. The receipt of your cancellation request will be confirmed by e-mail.
    - If your order has not yet been prepared, it will simply be cancelled.
    - If the order has already been prepared or shipped, our order processing system cannot cancel it automatically. However, you have 14 (fourteen) working days (as of the product delivery date) to cancel the order, either by refusing the delivery or by contacting us if you have already received your order. The return shipping expenses are payable by you and will be deducted from the reimbursement.

  • My order got cancelled, how can I get my reimbursement ?

    If your order has been cancelled and if we received your payment, please connect yourself to your online account, click on the credit and complete the required informations.
    After that, you will receive a confirmation by email of our accountancy department once the reimbursement has been made.

  • How to use a credit online?

    If you have a credit in your online account and you would like to use it, you must first be logged into your Pneus Online account, so that the credit will be visible when passing the order.
    To use the credit, you only need to select it when you have the summary of your chosen articles, just before paying.
