How many cards can I buy?

Each purchase of a TIRES AND CO PRIME card automatically extends the duration of your subscription (1 purchase = 1 additional year). In the event of the purchase of several TIRES AND CO PRIME cards within the same year, the validity periods are added consecutively and the related services and warranties may be used from their date of purchase.

How long is the Tires and Co Prime card valid?

The card is valid for 12 months (excluding promotional or introductory offers) from the date of purchase. It is automatically renewable each year according to the payment method chosen.

Can I cancel my purchase?

You always have a right to cancel, but if you use the card immediately, or if you expressly confirm that you want to use the card immediately, you will not be able to cancel afterwards. However, if none of the products you ordered when you purchased the card (tires, etc.) are available at the time of your order, you may request a refund of the Tires and Co Prime card.

How can I avoid renewing my "TOP" card?

You can disable automatic renewal at any time from your customer account, but no later than one day before the expiry date.

A reminder will be sent to you between three months and one month before the renewal date.

Can I give my card to someone?

No, the card is strictly non-transferable and personal.

How does the free tire/rim warranty work?

The warranty covers up to four tires for 12 months from the order date. Please note that you will need to add the warranty to your cart in order to benefit from it.

If you order more than four products, only the first four are covered. For subsequent products, an additional warranty may be purchased separately.

⚠️Card renewal does not extend the initial warranty, which remains limited to 12 months on the first four tires ordered.

Only products marked with a discount are eligible for further reductions.

The discount amount is displayed clearly on each product and is applied directly if your card is active.

These discounts can be combined with the usual promotional offers.

- Your balance of guaranteed tires,

If none of the products in your order are available, you can request a refund of your card, provided you have not used any other benefit (discount, processing fee, warranty, etc.).
