I have forgotten my password. What do I need to do ?
For security reasons, we don’t have access to your password. Click on “My account”, top-right on the Home page, then enter your email address and click on “Obtain a new password”. You will immediately receive a 6-digit code, to enter on our site. Thus, you can now define your new password.

I want to change my identifier and / or password. How do I do it?
When logged on, click on “My account”, top-right on the Home page, then to the “Personal information” section. Then simply complete the “Change my identifier” and / or “Change my password” section.
